When your data allowance is used up, your data connection will stop. You won't be charged any extra fees — there are no surprise overage charges. You can purchase a top-up or a new eSIM plan through your dashboard to get back online. Your regular SIM remains unaffected.

Yes! You can top up select eSIM plans, avoiding the need to install a new eSIM or change settings when you run low on data. Simply visit the top-up page, enter your eSIM's ICCID from your order email, and select a plan. If you run out of data or your eSIM has expired, you can buy a new plan and install it in minutes.

What does (nonhkip) mean?

Almost all eSIM providers around the world route traffic via Hong Kong — this route is often more readily available, but may mean certain websites see you as coming from Hong Kong when you visit them.
